    Matthew Bartley approached the board before to become a Board member.

    I wander what he's up to?

    Keep in mind that he is associated with Nexif Pte. the third largest shareholder

    My concern is that he wants the board to sell AEJ to Nexif Pte at a bargain basement price.

    I await to see his reasons for wanting a board seat!
