poor yet they have stated in some articles that they have turned the corner with the vodafail issues and even though they had made a loss first quater that the indicators (churn) have now changed and customer numbers are increasing...also they have the fastest online in sydney overall beating telstra and optus yet they do say that the switch to 4g has only just happened and its possible that it could slow..overall i believe they have turned the corner and with the new ceo things have changed...you should do some reaserch yourself its inresting how it all works ...yet im in already and going for the ride..its great so far and im sure when the next ann comes out stating we are picking up more customers things will get even better....good luck all
