    Why? Why pay a couple of $ 100 million for it when you can manipulate the SP down to buggery and pick it up for a couple of mill..that's why...Forget about the talk of sovereign risk in SA. SA needs coal and it needs foreign investment. SA govt knows without big foreign investment the country's cactus.
