Here are production figures for Rio Tinto's Rossing mine in Namibia. In 2003 the average grade of ore produced was 348ppm or .0348%. This was not a cutoff, it was average grade over the whole year!
This is a uranium only mine and can show that cutoffs and average grades are dependent on the particular circumstances of the deposit, including mineralogy and mining technique. Molybdenum and rare-earths at Mt Gee are a positive factor that would work to lower cutoffs. The overiding factor controlling cutoffs is the price obtained for the product!!!
The last I saw, uranium is in a good uptrend.
