this is a public document which I purchased from the appropriate US jurisdiction. While it has not been made public by the coy I believe I am not breaking any rules in posting this doc here. It's only a schedule with specific dates on it.

If there is an issue I am happy for the post to be pulled.


lani62, we should have a judgement by September/October.

I also have the PR doc's but won't bother with them as nothing new. Like I said when I get my update tomorrow and there is a change I will post it.
