In hindsight, one of the most ugly things they have done to shareholders is that, back in 2010 when the share price was around A$1 (Biota valued at around $180m), JF (or They) implied in the Annua Report that Biota was undervalued and hence the need to moving to the US for unlocking shareholder wealth. That could be the major reason (uncertainty about the listing on the ASX) why some funds or investors were deterred from investing in BTA.

It is impossible for them to admit their mistakes. However, we should demand them to answer why there is such a big difference between the expected outcome (the benefits they claimed when suggesting shareholders to vote for the last merger deal) of moving to the Nasdaq and the actual outcome we have now regarding the share price.
