Hey HC people.
I have a quandary.
This is one of those times where I'm asking if
Any HC intelligentsia can help Me out.
I'm an Intensive Care Nurse with a EBA contract
With a Private Hospital Health provider.
I want to set Up a Self Managed Super Fund.
I rang My Company Payroll and asked what paper work
Was required to notify them of My request.
I was told that I was allowed to have My Superannuation paid into
Two Choices of Superannuation funds.
As per My EBA.
This feels very restrictive and Authoritarian.
Does anyone know if this is 100% enforceable?
Or how I can effect change to fulfill My desire for
A SMSF?
Sincerely
Kelcorbett
