I did not see your post as I had started the JT reply then went outside getting washing in because the Vic. winter solstice beckons an early nightfall with heavy dew and frost. I agree with your points as a whole but as a SXY holder as well I never envisaged SXY would TO Orca; but I see your point re the previous TO premium in the Orca sp when that TO was a possibility; but it makes me wonder now if we OGY S'Holders were to NOT accept the plan proposed then SXY with 20% of a $9.2 million co, or $1.85 mill invested in it already, would maybe make a bid for the 80% it does not own. But SH approval is surely almost a lock in?
