Well spotted. This was done before my time in FAR.
Final payment is $3M, once the field has produced 1 million barrels gross. Considering it was only 5% of the field sold, that trailing royalty is worth $60/barrel. Have I got that right? I guess so, since the field will ultimately produce a whole lot more than that.
At 15000 bpd, that's only two months away, maybe earlier since it has been producing at 10000 bpd already.
Do we think the market has priced in that 5% of MC cash injection already?
