Daruma was an expert on these legals back in the day. I don't fully understand them. Especially this smaller one which I've never really asked about.

The Page one, i know our defense. It's all about the option expired on transfer of ownership.

But with ORI I beleive that the 3% continues with a change of ownership. So clearly that isn't our defense. The only thing I can think is that we are claiming they were never entitled to it in the first place. Possibly because of what Fender is saying that it seems like just a way for AKW director to skim from the top.
