re: Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meet... Well there we have it, the bioard recommends that we vote against the appointment of Mathew Bartley.

My simple view is that I have to agree.

I just dont understand why he would call for an EGM only knowing he has 10.2% of the vote and that the board itself has over 33.5% of the shares.

That would mean he would need 71% of the votes that remain assuming everyone votes.

He provided no reason for sharehodlers to vote for him, and his actions will cost all shareholders due to calling the EGM.

What on earth is he up to?
