Just say management came out and said, "Monash have a legally binding agreement with ECT to provide funding upon successful ALDP approval". Say this was approved by DPI for release. Would there be a problem with saying this? Has management explored this option? It took me 10 seconds to type that sentence. Is it really that much of a headache for management to tell us what is going on?
