IMO the only answer your going to get is silence till ALDP can be confirmed! I reckon monash where aware of ALDP before it was announced and hence the foot in the door.. Agl takeover of Loy yang at the time was also to much of a coincidence and IMO it's all strategic! IMO the string along is on purpose till all can be revealed in the "imminent" future. I reckon the tight ship no leaks is because we don't wanna bugger it up this time!
