Land ..buildings trades are cheaper in some cases..plaster.tiling.rendering.everythings cheaper trade wise..more competitive thanks to chinese teams and afghans..concrete still expensive imo regardless cheaper houses means people can afford them and not have to earn 1000bucks a week as a sht kicker keeping it real its not dropping by 60 percent but 15 to 20 isnt out of the question..funny if interest rates where higher then a drop would help the fall but not much to play with now..l have 4boys so happy for them to be able to dream of owning a house..most have given up on the dream cause the greed of others.l was one of them a few years back until l realised there is more to life than money good luck guys
