Property over priced?

Well some looks like it is but people are buying and it's not as if there is an over supply.

We all need some where to live, if you are not paying the mortagage for your self you are paying for someone else's.

Average cost of a house in WA is $500k but there are homes in the greater metro area for $250-$300k. With $50K deposit repayments is less than renting.

As for builder going broke, I have not heard they are and certainly not in WA.
