and how about answering that question regarding immorality and physical death?
there is no evidence of reincarnation or the necessity of cosmic justice. if a meteor shower destroys all life on earth, do you expect some kind of cosmic justice to avenge those meteors?
buddha did not each about 'immortality'. instead, he spoke of the 'Deathless', which means when the mind is free from craving & clinging, it has no sense of self that is subjected to 'death'
same as the Gospel of Thomas, which states whoever understands the meaning of the teachings will not experience death
there is a huge difference between deathlessness & immortality
