for the "old timers" at CLX we are that far ahead it doesnt bother us

for the non holders like you it doesnt matter

CLX have ridden thru more than a few ups and downs over the decades and unless you think the whole market is stuffed, in which case you wouldnt hold anything...

I will take my chances that the gang at CLX can maintain the divvy plus pull a couple of rabbits out of the hat along the way - there is a nice property portfolio there too, even if that has softened a bit in value
