Agree...EN media announcement via media is a message to Japan and to China...Japan want our product =fact..but they want it at a cheaper rate...LYC not budging....we have lots of cash on hand and we have implemented cost savings to pro long this cash...
Up stream process, being the most difficult and complicated and costly re Phase 1 has been 100% completed for the whole of 11.000tpa.....down stream re separation process also going ahead (as per signed locked in deals, we do not know what % has been taken up thus far)...
.. however LYC will not complete this more simple and low time consuming downstream process until customers agree to buy...they will not stock pile the finish product...
...Sojitz risk losing a guaranteed supply outside of China if they do not sign....EN drawing a line in the sand...either sign at our agreed price...(nice profits for LYC)..OR we will sell your agreed non binding take or pay agreement...to China....
..China keen to buy as well... as they are cleaning up there act and closing all the small illegal players down...and other many reasons why China want our product...
..eventually very soon me thinks a equilibrium will be found and an announcement will be made very very soon..the longer it takes the closer we get..i think we are very close...
