Chinese resource base is NOT reliable. China’s rare earth resources are decreasing rapidly, scarcity has been increasing year to year. China does NOT have the purity level that Lynas offers to the specifications for each application for specific end users.
Don’t think it is difficult to understand how the global deficiency of rare earths and the price hike, has depleted inventories in industries that rely on them.
Supply will commence for the customers Lynas has contracts with. Those users will have secure supply and negotiated pricing.
