Nothing is certain in life as you know only too well.

If it all pans out (world and local events included), then the potential of the BCE space is massive, especially for those that are geared up with BC resources, good management that deliver what they ann, legally binding JV's, etc...

...but I wouldn't want to have all my eggs in one tech basket and/or be completely reliant on ALDP funding now and/or etc...

...that would be a very, very risky play for mine.

Each to their own...and to each their own thread...you won't play nicely over there without a TOU bombardment, but I'd happily welcome you BOBs over here for some friendly banter and chit chat...

...unfortunately, some parents don't take it too well when they are told their baby is ugly.
