Pelican in Block 7 is Upper Cretaceous .. 370m gas column. Elsewhere others have either had no sands, been water wet or "no commercial hydrocarbons were encountered". So a non-extensive HC accumulation (say a series of narrow horizons each with oil and gas or just gas that don't add up to a "extensive reservoir") would still be a results and add to the likelihood that commercial quantities WILL be found elsewhere in the Cretaceous.

Anythingh announced in coming days that is more than "no commercial HCs were encountered" will be a good result.
