And IMO you may see them wait for an anticipated consolidation of shares which would then possibly see the SP move lower than the lowest possible now of 0.001 - all the better for their conversions, if the remaining notes convert now what do they get, 743 million shares but at 0.001 or even lower after a consolidation how many then do they get in lieu of their notes?

Nearly 1.5 billion plus also add on Lind conversions and tranches
