NMS is being trashed by all and sundry in chat forums today due to the lack of a market update with your quarterly report. Will you be releasing one in the near future??

The technology is fantastic, and the potential is endless, but when a company is in its infancy, as NMS is, and no doubt has a lot going on behind the scenes, it is imperative to keep shareholders up to date with developments.

We were never told about the Danish contract being delayed/ not going ahead. Okay, in your email after being contacted by so many, your explanation was that you were focusing on Asia because of the huge potential. Well, that's great, but we SHOULD have been told.

The IEV deal, when announced on the 27th of April, was expected to be contract ready in the June quarter. Your market update at the end of July stated "Neptune has placed critical short term focus on this market to ensure a scale of operations can be established to take advantage of the demand".

Surely by now there must have been further developments that would warrant updating shareholders with regard to the IEV deal?? ie. when is it expected that revenue will start to flow from this deal?

6 weeks ago you announced a significant new contract in Darwin, stating also that you had tenders in for significant further work, and a decision should be made within 4 weeks. That is 6 weeks tomorrow. Was the work awarded to someone else, or has there just been an unexpected delay in the allocating of this work.

Richard, shareholder confidence is taking a battering at the moment with the lack of transparency regarding all the projects you are working on. I am also reading posts from people who are frustrated with the lack of timely response to emails (I'm sorry, I can't be more specific than this).

No doubt the winning of the exportential cup, the W.A industry and export innovation award, and the $2m federal grant underline the huge potential that NMS has, and you are to be sincerely congratulated for these achievements.

I really don't think it would have taken too much effort to throw a few lines in with the quarterly report about the Darwin contract and the IEV deal.
