Same here the prospectus is disastrous!
Think of it this way. IAB was shareholders to contribute $2.5M for 18% of negative equity. That seem crazy in my opinion.
Additionally, I don't see any cash flow statement in their financial reports-worrying. Additionally, the offer is not underwritten which tells me that nobody wants to buy this business.
I say stay away!
