If Exergen are true to their schedule then they have already held a meeting to raise initial capital and will be releasing their prospectus tomorrow.

But a long wait til the end of july before Exergen list. My guess is no ALDP announcement until after Exergen lists. So early August at the earliest for ALDP winners publicly announced.
