Reaper, it is not necessarily the team or Clarke's performance that is the real issue. The issue is the toxic environment that has been created under his leadership.
Also, he has been part of the selection panel that has resided over some very poor decisions.
Arthurs is paying the price for the India "homework" saga and the Warner incident. It is no secret Warner is close mates with Clarke and could this be a possible reason for it being covered up initially? Arthurs has fallen on his sword but something tells me Clarke is somehow responsible too.
Why wasn't Clarke present for the Champion's trophy but turned up for Shane Warne's charity event?
We keep hearing these sorts of stories about clarke, eg. not singing the song and wanting to be with Bingle, brushing Hussey for Packer's boat, now turning up for Warne but not being a part of the Champions trophy.
He doesn't do himself any favours as a leader of men.
