Lehmann would've been one of the greatest players to wear the baggy green had he been given a go when he was clearly the best player in this country ,and in county cricket I might add,but the selection process then was always jobs for the boys . He finally got a go a decade too late
He's very much respected by the players but unfortunately the IPL is destroying the fabric of the game ,especially here ,by paying vast amounts to immature boys none of whom have ever paid their dues .Warner seems to be some sort of child who thinks he's a gun in the game on the basis of an innings or two .
There needs to be a massive culture change and even boof mightn't be able to make the horses drink the water .They're overspoilt and overpaid
