Ponzi, You have to be joking. Despite requests / demands for over 50 years there has been no audit or proof of any US gold reserves. I can recall a lecture back in the 60's. Yes that's how old I am, at Monash University by a then leading US Treasury official who admitted / told me/us that the US was even then moving to "Paper Gold". Nothing has changed and successive US governments have continued the "cover up". Simple enough to prove us doubters wrong. Produce physical evidence. Saw US news report just recently where a former "Fort Knox" employee said the vaults were empty. That is the reason why they the US continues to just keep printing paper money. Certainly recent printing has not been matched by 1 extra oz in US reserves. Recent dumping not caused by physical "sell of" so time bomb ticking. Please also tell / advise me what the US is doing about reducing their deficit. Answer again nothing, they just keep deferring the action date.
