Here's a previous post by Lekki (thanks Lekki) that pretty well sums up the future timing of events with regards to the Kronos case.
"Kronos is claiming misleading or deceptive conduct on behalf of APG. I'm not expecting anymore info until 25 July when hopefully Hummms can attend the court and let us know his observations.

Trust the above assists with some timing dates.
I still believe the current 1.5/1.6c levels are a good low buy in price at the moment.
It wont take much for a rise to happen, in a very short time at that, once we hear news that the commissioning will definately occur.
It's now just a matter of "if you believe that the commissioning will occur July/august/September" or not.
If it does then we should see a significant rise without warning.
No ramp, just fact and certainly about time!!!
