The consolidation of IDC shares has been ongoing for a while.
There are not that many weak hands in IDC nowdays.
The retial sector is the only determinant of share price to date as NON of the institutional invertstors have sold one share
So the reatil owners should not complain about what the share price is.
I doubt if the BFS (and onward) will be financed by a conventional open market fund raising.
