Just checked,
JC last bought stock in the market sometime on 24th June, in AUS or USA.
Letter of Intent signed before the market opens on 26th June AUS time. That's by 6pm Texas time on 25th June.
Not long to receive the offer proposal out of the blue, convene a board meeting or conference call and sign a LOI.
