I think in general its just that there's no business. I went to Melbourne 5x this year. Every weekend that I go to, there's hardly anyone on the upper levels. Electrical and homewares usually the worst, followed by Mens, Children & Entertainment. Womens and cosmetics & handbags usually the best.
I wonder how long can they hide it in their profits & loss. same goes for Harvey norman.
