re: priority offer Yeah Magpie have thought about this too. And number of shareholders should mean allocations will be less. Also means the stock will be held tighter I guess. The other issue is what price they will offer the shares at. Given they want to raise $7-8 million, you would assume they will prefer cheaper shares (20-25c) to increase allocation number and also the scope for capital growth given they themselves will be the largest shareholder eg EME.
