Razorack I can't see how this is not negative.

I'm not as smart as you guys, but my read is the following:

This is nothing more than a capital raising and Paladin has solicited these two mysterious parties which may or may not exist. Seen it 100s of times before. Obviously bargaining from a position of weakness the company has still not managed to string together a deal. I don't get why anyone would want equity when producers are keen to lock in LT contracts at "low" rates.

As nightstalker posted yesterday there was a clear change in the price action intraday. Don't get caught up in "bots" etc because you're missing the big picture. Listen to price, it was telling us something.

With the risk of being laughed out of the building I suspect we will see sub-50c on this stock sooner rather than later.

Price first, fundamentals later.
