i reckon its the sophisticated investors that took on the placement. been very dissapointing for them.
only about 10 trading hours left for neon for this financial year. thank god. wouldn't put a massive dump out of the question either... the seller has been treading carefully and im just hoping they have been reasonably effective at these prices and don't just dump the rest this arvo or tomorrow.
