The sp is down 23% in two days. IMO it is because shareholders are nervous BLT have not lodged the IND with the FDA in time for shareholders to confidently participate in the SPP by the 31st July.

Clinical trials can only commence once the FDA have had 30 days to review the protocol. I would only consider taking up the offer if the FDA had not intervened. I suspect many shareholders feel the same way and if an announcement is not made by tomorrow at the very latest, I imagine that they can kiss the additional $3m goodbye.
