~ no real reasoning for soft price other than the usual suspects : falling metals; tax selling; sector perceived as ugly; soft CU price
~ expect good results for June ... record relative to May and in accord with plan;
financiers not hostile;
major shareholders not moving;
no timetable re any transactions. by and large any transaction now in the hands of prospective partner ... its their timetable now;
no surprises in balance sheet or trading results expected;

also... company secretary was not aware of article ex reuters. i referred him to the link ...
