It's just another conspiracy theory that's not true. Employers want the best possible employees for their company, if they treat then like crap they won't last long.
Why would a company employ unskilled workers for cheaper if that's what you're saying so they can stuff up the companies reputation.
The most successful organisations treat their employees right if they do their jobs.
I've worked in 2 places run by family concerns who did not really know their business and dealt poorly with staff. In both there were high turnovers and both are no longer operating.
To me unions these days are to ensure that you can bludge and not be sacked. Things must change, you're living in the past.
You know what I think when I see a union protesting and clogging up majoy Sydney streets as I did a few weeks back....
Get back to work you bludgers! And I wasn't alone by any stretch.
