Yes Matt, that's why it's called a MOU. The parties have come to an agreement or understanding regarding approach to development of any POTENTIAL reserves.
If they knew what reserved they had then they wouldn't be signing an MOU, they'd be looking at a heads of agreement or a supply contract or something more definitive.
Let's see what the DD drill results say. That will be the tell. The share price has a very long way to climb, but even a 1000 mile journey begins with just a single step. Today's announcement was another (big) step. I think patience will be rewarded.
