If BHP breaks through $30 then the target chart wise is about $21. Above $30 and its probably a buy. Just remember BHP has some big earnings from oil and things haven't been this good for oilers in a long time ie firm prices and low $A. To contrast, RIO points to $45. Is it possible the two disconnect for a change?
