Good comments both!! Rager .. I do recall that within the last 6-12 months in a moment of enthusiasm that WPL stated that 25-30% of their production would come from Mauritania (and a good part of their "growth" profile) by 2008/09. I think it might have been in a production report or a presentation on their African operations. Maybe as you say they have had a rethink after the Pluto decision, but I think Tiof development could easily be being used as a "lever" with the Mauritanian government (we'll do it if we get better terms, or good terms for gas developments).
