There is an announcement just out that GEL/GPEL Ltd has increased its holding in Dart from just under 10% to just over 16%.

Will they stop under the 20% line and just be content to be a cornerstone investor in Dart or are they about to make a more ambitious move?

Hopefully not a take over just yet as anything near current prices would be giving it away (if only they could get the csg project through the Scottish regulatory process they would be far less vulnerable imo).
