Nikki sorry but your theory that the hold up with JH is that they are waiting for NEO to get some cash is wrong. OPL and NEG couldnt give 2 hoots about NEO, mate it,s a dog eat dog world out there and if anything, OPL and NEG are squeezing the life out of NEO for their own shareholders not to help NEO out.
OPL and NEG know if NEO cant exercise the options, they are stuffed.
