I totally agree & the fact is if they really want to buy they will pay whatever they think it is worth & accepted

I would think 66c is the price since that is what has been talked about but if not it would most likely be more than 66c rather than less, the major holders of ELM will not accept anything less than what they deem reasonable value & this project is getting closer & better every day, the deal keeps getting extended by Dingyi & so that could be factored into what they are willing to accept.
