Yes Jan but every kg reporting to inventory adds to CoP. I think Lynas has probably taken care of most of Ph1 Ce, at least to the point where it is manageable, but another 5,500,000kg from Ph2 is probably a bridge too far ATM. That would be approx $80M reporting to inventory, needed to be carried by the other elements, remembering that another 25% in La will not be cashflow positive.
I don't believe you've thought thru the Ce situation at all thoroughly, IMO it's the major impediment to Ph2 ramp up.
