Yes I know what you mean re old BOD but from the June 13 presentation (says July 13 on the cover !!)
Board review:
AJL's Board will undertake a review of both the current composition of, and corporate governance issues relating to, the Board, which is likely to lead to the appointment of new directors and a separation of the Executive Chairman and CEO roles.
I am sure a well known key member of the BOD will maintain a role - sort of like the Queen maybe - all show & no power ?
The writing is on the wall - new game new players - bring it on.
