whether we call it corbon tax or pollution tax it makes no difference, because we continue to dig our coal and hydrocarbons out of the ground and sell it to our neighbours to burn. Net effect zilch!!
Just my opinion - when we stabilise our population and harvest, rather than mine, our resources we can hope for sustainable life on planet earth.
