Blur, check the analyst forecasts and you'll see the 2015 forecast is a reasonable distance above that. Although it doesn't mean it'll happen, if phase 2 also fully up and running by then should be all sweet. Also why is this predicated on the SP staying above $1.15, sorry the significance of that is lost on me.
