I wonder what Jill Meagher would say about repeat offenders.

Jill paid the ultimate sacrifice to give him another chance at life at her expense.

Put them down like you would a mongrel dog that attacks humans.

Nothing about punishment, it's about removing the threat in the future. The Country won't miss them.

But you sure hear about them when they are released again at someone else expense.

You can't repeat your crime if you are dead.

Jill Meagher and others did not have the luxury of Judge and Jury.
