Healthy sp uptrends typically display regular/periodic profit taking on market down days, allows for price consolidation followed by stronger legs upwards.

I don't (necessarily) want another Linc. Takes off like a jolly sky rocket from 50c to $2.50 in 2 weeks - very exciting, intense and nerve-wracking. Then suddenly everyone parachutes out as the exhausted rocket floats slowly back to the ground. What goes up vertically tends to come down the same way.

Give me sure and steady progress with regular legs upward and the occasional profit taking pull back. It's a much more comfortable (less scary) ride and less pressure to manage your strategy.

I never liked the big dipper at Luna Park, even when I was a young bloke - always scared me shyteless.
